We have improved the standard independent wall solution by adding the M20 panel to the solution and improving the mass p/sqm by 19kg. This solution consists of a new timber frame, fitted with an air gap between the existing party wall and the new timber frame.100mm RS60 Rockwool, resilient bars, 19mm sound plank (or the recommended 15mm DB Board) M20 wall panel and a 12.5mm sound shield acoustic plaster board.
